Cancellation, Change & Refund Policies
Please ensure all your order customization options and details are correct before submission.
Once your order is placed, the magic begins immediately to ensure accurate and timely delivery. We bake each order from scratch, Customized specifically for your unique requests (colors, designs, quantities and flavors, etc.) ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AND PROCESSED, WE ARE UNABLE TO USE IT FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE AND CONNOT OFFER A CHANGE, CONCELLATION OR REFUND.
Changes to order
Any changes requested within 72 hours of your order date may not be able to be made. If your order is not yet in production, we may be able to accommodate a change or possibly delay your order to a future delivery date.
Shipping/Delivery Details
Any changes to your shipping or delivery details, whether date or address, must be submitted 48 hours prior to the order due date. Change requests beyond this time are unable to be made or extra charges with apply.
Custom Orders
Note that your order is not confirmed and will not be produced until payment is made. A customer care team member will assist you with all billing-related matters.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by The Dessert Tree (missing or damaged treat). In this case, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. If delivery information given is incorrect or incomplete, which results in a delay or non-delivery, the order will not be eligible for any refund.
